(Small?) feature request: Opt-Del key combo in fields

I think this is a small request. In most Mac apps I know, the Option-Delete key combination in editable fields will delete one word to the left. (I can do it now while writing this in my browser, for instance.) Any chance that Bookends might one day honor this convention? It's awfully handy.

Btw, thanks for 9.0.2: seeing that pages cited can now replace page range, I'm so happy I could cry.

These are inherited from the development environment, so if/when it's implemented there Bookends will support it. At this time I don't plan on overriding the default behavior.
