importing bookends database into another BE database

Post by pmsalves »

Hi
During my trial experiences with BE, I have created small (less than 50 ref) databases for my individual manuscripts. After demonstrating the power and usefulness of the software I have register the software.
Now I want to centralize all this small databases in a single on "main". I have open the "main" file and then from FILE menu select Import References. I select Bookend and option file. However I am unable to select any previous bookends file.
What to do?! Do i have found a bug?!
I using v9.0

No bug. You can do it two ways:

1. Mark all references and then export to a Bookends file. Import that file into the new database.

2. Drag and drop the references from the old database window to the new.

Thanks Jon. It works great.
I am doing all my best to move all my Mac users colleagues to Bookends.
