Double spacing

Post by ian »

How do I print out a double spaced list of references, or alternatively, how do I export a styled list of references to word for formatting/editing?

Thanks...

Ian.

Here's a way:

1) Make the references you want in the bibliography into hits.

2) Use Biblio>Bibliography Formatter... to make a bibliography from the references. Choose to send the bibliography to the bibliography window.

3) Open the bibliography window (Window>Bibliography Window). Select all and copy.

3) Switch to Word and paste.

Hope this helps.

(There's more information in the user guide (page 177 in the version I have):
"If you create a bibliography from within Bookends (that is, without Scan a Document, but using the Bibliography Formatter), it can be viewed in this window and, if desired, copied to the clipboard. Text pasted into Microsoft Word, Mellel, or Nisus Writer Express retains its formatting.")

So simple! Obviously it pays to read the manual.

Thanks Nicka.
