I'll try duplicating the format then switch the setting/rules for citation with bibliography.

Any body knows how to do:
1. to copy/generate formatted citation from BE directly?
2. to change 'Formatted Reference' pane to display a formatted citation? or display both reference and citation?

I have around 400 pages document and I'm trying to avoid re-scanning to fix a number ...

+1 for ePub reader/viewer.
I use Bookends databases as a one stop to organize and sort my research materials. Many of ebooks are in ePub format so it would be great if I can read them within bookends.

new BOT user, and must say that I am so glad that I have BOT now. Being a BE user for more than 6 years, it took less than 4 minutes to get my library on the go with BOT. Again, BOT is great tool with great future ahead of it, thanks to the dev team.

yes, this is doing the same for me as well. I update, check the about window , still says it is 11.1

I have also been a Papers user. I agree with you the BE is great. though I miss two features
1. Authors : automatically search for authors, with authors note cards etc. BE has a feature similar bu limited (Extra > term lists> Authors).
2. Automatic attachment sorting : automatically building ...

I found the toggling (command + Option + A) to be very effective, especially that it remembers the location of the window. I found myself using to refresh/reload selection and to link materials to reference. As it seems, there are no enough people supporting a single window solution.

It would be great also if the books refs. received similar treatment as that in email softwares. That is a 'threaded' view. Similar to email apps, you can have one topic (titles of book or reference number here) with many authors on that ...
