The two copies of Bookends (one opened via database, one opened automatically when scanned document) crashed my computer a couple of times. Now, however, Bookends opens using the Word toolbar... and there are no problems anymore with error messages.

Go figure.

I use JSTOR mainly but can just noticed that I can download citations as a text file.

Bookends, however, does not read the text file. Individual citations look like the one below. Do I have to add something for bookends to read it?
