I didn't import my refs library as it's up in dropbox etc but BE looked to be working. Let me create a new Lib, import some new hits etc...

I upgraded to HS and downloaded the new upgrade to BE, BUT, I can't install or open it. Jon says almost certainly a MAC permissions issue. So far I have: Rebooted/restarted....

Re: Google scholar searches not working
Many thanks Jon,
'suddenly' having same issue as described. Glad to see fix on the way.
But hey, Forum....No 'dissing' of the wonderful Jon.
I think of all the 150+ software items I use, the quality and speed of' Bookends support from Jon is second to none.
Cheers
Philip

batch tagging/sorting
Hi Jon / Forum, I'm working on a big lit review library just now of about 450 references. I was looking for a way of 'sorting' these into ones I have read and ones I have printed out. I tried creating a 'field'? By changing one of the User# ones to 'Read' and 'Printed', but I'd like to be able to 'b...

Brand new use applescript Pages question
Hi from a brand new user (4 days)!! really happy to have found such a great looking Mac-friendly ref manager after years of Endnote. I'm test driving Bookends and using the forum, video tuts and manual. As I use Pages, I tried to follow p.215 of the manual re installing the scripts for Pages. But no...
