'AND' in multiple authors
When I use multiple authors in a book reference, I have a choice of formatting the authors (small cpas, etc.), but not the "and" in between them. I sthat right? It is automatically formatted like the authors (in my case, caps). Is there a way to change it? PLANTINGA, ALVIN AND NICHOLAS WOL...

# of volumes
Hi,
in the reference view, how do I get a field where I can enter "# of volumes"? I see "volume", but not "# of volumes". Thanx.

overwhelmed...
I just spent a couple hours (with the user guide) trying to find out how (or if!) it is possible to control the format of the citations (in the text and notes) SEPARATELY from the format of the bibliography. I would imagine it is obvious and easy...but I can't see the forest for the trees!

Modified Author-Date format needed...
Hello, I am looking for a pretty simple modification of the Author-Date format. I seem to be unable to get it to work myself... Here's what I am looking for: In quotations: (author: year of publication, page number) (including the brackets! E.g. Pollak: 1995, 203) In bibliography: Monograph: JAMES, ...

Colored after scanning
Strange... After scanning, all my entries suddenly show a highlighintg/background color. And to the left of my bibliography is a broad grey line. How come? How do I get rid of this?

Publication Year Range
I am having problems finding a format/formula that will display not just a four digit year (publication date), e.g. for books, but also a range, such as "1974-1986".
How would I tweak, say, Turabian to get this output? Thanks.

resize the internet search window
for some strange reason I am unable to resize the internet search interface/window. It comes up in full height - and stays that way! Kind of annoying! Anyone else have that problem? Or a solution?

DropDown Menues
I don't know if this is possible at all, but I would REALLY like to see a possibility to choose publishers (and locations), maybe even series, from a dropdown list. I am using term lists for all of these, but they don't provide drop down menues, just autocomplete functionality, which doesn't always ...

Importing References from Word
I have a bibliography with hundreds of references in Word. All of them look like this: Althaus, P. (1967). Die Prinzipien der deutschen reformierten Dogmatik im Zeitalter der aristotelischen Scholastik. Darmstadt: Wissenschaftliche Buchgesellschaft. How do I get this to import into Bookends? Thanks ...
